Dear Faculty,

On the event of Teacher`s Day, we would like to take a contribution from your end in a form of a write up to know about your philosophy and teaching pedagogy.

Teaching Philosophy

As a teacher my only job is to create curiosity in students' minds. A curious mind google, opens book, enters library, chat with professional on LinkedIn, call mentor, visit places and try out things on his own.

A curious mind listens to people, observes the world. Comprehends what needs to be done. He hones his talent through repeated practice as well as trying out new experiments.

As a teacher through my subtle efforts in the background , I facilitate students to build their own beliefs, attitude, habits, behaviors, life stories and thought process. While life is full of chaos and the future is full of uncertainty, I craft my teaching in such a way that it helps my students reign their life, evolve and grow professionally, personally and spiritually.

As a teacher, I don’t impart mere knowledge or just be an instrument of dissemination of information. Today information is easily available at the fingertips. What’s important is that students should know the source from where information can be obtained and how to apply it in real life to reap reward and success. Eventually becoming a power house of knowledge, intelligence and inspiration.

My endeavor has always been to try out every possible teaching pedagogy in the class. So that students learn not just through their mental faculties but through all other means too.
